DELIVERY AREAS
We aim to making perfectly fitting suitcase spare parts available to as many people as possible. We offer delivery within the European Union as well as the following countries and regions:

For orders from certain regions we reserve the right to refuse the order if special delivery and customs restrictions apply. If you are uncertain if it is possible to ship to your address please feel free to contact our customer service team under contact@suitcase.repair.
DELIVERY SERVICES
Orders with a delivery address in Germany are shipped either with DPD or DHL from our warehouse in Germany.
Depending on the spare part, the weight and dimensions of the parcel you may be offered rates from different courier services. Shipping will be offered either as a parcel and for small and light items also with the service DHL Warenpost. Please note that shipments with the service DHL warenpost only show a limited number of tracking events and are transported using the regular postal network.
Currently we do not offer express delivery options.
DELIVERY TIME
We work relentlessly to bring your spare parts to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped the next working day.
Orders with delivery within Germany will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days. In many cases the order is delivered the next working day however we cannot guarantee this.
Orders within the EU (excluding Germany), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and United Kingdom are usually delivered within 2-5 or 2-6 working days depending on the delivery region. The approximate delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process.
For international orders to regions other than the above delivery will take 10-14 business days.
DELIVERY COST
The delivery cost is calculated during the checkout based on the type of spare part, weight and dimensions. Depending on the delivery region you may have the option of choosing between different courier services with different cost.
Please note: Due to the size of telescopic handles the delivery charges for telescopic handles are significantly higher compared to other spare parts.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The prices displayed on our site do not include duties, import taxes or other import related fees. Many countries have a threshold under which products can be imported without being charged import duties or VAT. Any charges due before delivery will be charged directly by the courier prior to delivery.
Exception: For orders with a delivery address within the UK you will not be charged any taxes or duties upon receiving the parcel if the value of your order is below GBP 135. For orders above this threshold you will be contacted by the courier to pay the applicable import duties and taxes before delivery.
